I have a wonderful husband and family to talk to and a lovely little pill I take each day. I feel like I could have w...wow, what a great post. I feel like I could have written this. I too suffer from both depression and anxiety. My depression has improved a great deal in the last few years, but I still suffer from terrible anxiety. It eats at me. And I too process every piece of information around me, every look, every overheard conversation. I too set the bar too high.<BR/><BR/>Having a child helps. Having a therapist helps too.
